1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Meva: Daily Dhikr & 99 Names mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Meva provides digital spiritual orientation tools, including "Esmaul Husna" readings, a "Zikirmatik" (counter), custom dhikr creation, and related content ("Service"). The App is available in a free version (ad-supported) and a paid "Premium" version.

3. User Accounts

• You may use the App as a guest or sign in with a Google Account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Use the App to distribute spam or malicious content.

5. Premium Subscriptions via In-App Purchase

Meva offers optional "Premium" subscriptions that unlock additional features and remove advertisements.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings (Google Play or App Store).
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by the respective app store in accordance with their refund policies.

6. Intellectual Property

• App Content: The design, text, graphics, and code of the App are owned by Regulon Labs Ltd and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• User Content: You retain ownership of any custom zikir names or settings you create locally. However, by syncing this data, you grant us a license to store and process it to provide the Service to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. The spiritual content provided is for informational and personal use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regulon Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
